At OH MY SHIRT, we’re committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ohmyshirt.co.za with your order details.
Refund Options
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose to have the refund either credited to your original method of payment or as store credit for your next purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same design, excluding custom commissions/designs. To request an exchange, contact us at info@ohmyshirt.co.za. Please note that the customer is responsible for all courier charges related to the return and delivery of the exchanged item.
Custom Commissions/Designs
Due to their unique nature, custom commissions/designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@ohmyshirt.co.za. We will cover all costs for the replacement, including courier charges for both return and delivery of the new item.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return, subject to the same conditions as regular items.
